Reality Shows
Hey Y'all,
My name is Ms. Harlem and I am an Reality TV addict! I can't help myself. It's my guilty pleasure...it's a train wreck but I can't look away....I have to watch the wreck until the end. So on that note, lets talk about Love & Hip Hop Atlanta....
Where do I start...SMDH...... ok
Kirk & Rasheeda.
First let me say HI FIVE to Rasheeda's mother for running over Kirk's motorcycle and having it catch fire. I loved every minute of that. Ok...I have to talk to Rasheeda now... give me a few minutes.
Rasheeda, I understand that you are with child and want to make your marriage work and in the eyes of God, there should be no divorce.....but gurl, Kirk's ass has to go. He has no remorse for what he did and does not understand why you are upset and hurt. His actions shows that he does not care. "You told me to DO ME and that's what I did". ""You gave me a FREE PASS". That NINJA went out with his no neck boy and had an orgy. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! Kick Kirk's ass back to the curb. He is showing you who he truly is. No woman deserves this. Continue with your separation and then divorce proceedings. This man wanted you to have an abortion and then when you said no....he wanted you to take a paternity test. Gurl leave.....Run! You will be alright..GOD is watching over you
Mimi/Stevie J/Jose....Joseline
I am not understanding....so please..someone help me to understand. Stevie J really thinks he is the shyt and I can't understand why. Why does Mimi entertain his bullshyt and Joseline's? I know Mimi is smarter than this so please, someone explain it to me. Someone explain Joseline to me....please. How is she the international Puerto Rican princess. Somebody, anybody, help me out. Ms. Hotlanta....help!...break it down for me.

I really think she needs to take some anger management classes and maybe take some medication because she is cray cray. You can't be cray cray and trying to raise a daughter. Someone needs to pull her to the side and help her. She really needs it.

Pure Comedy..that's all I can say. Talks a lot of crap about the girls in the house and how she runs them...hilarious. Give Natalie her own reality show......guaranteed rating. She could never come to Harlem talking that mess. Harlem would give her a 2 piece and biscuit ....ROFL!!!!

I was hoping that you would be able to get past Natalie's security guard so you could give her the beatdown that you promised.....but loved that since you could not get to Natalie, you beat down her security guard instead. LOVED IT...FOUR STARS

No disrespect but I am not really interested in this show....I don't understand why it's still on the air. It's boring.

I like this little cheerleading/dancing show. It's cute and helps pass the time.
R&B DIVAS:LA
I am starting to like this show and hope that it does not end up like R&B DIVAS:Atlanta. So far, so good
KELLY PRICE
It' nice getting to know Kelly and seeing her with her family. I like what she represents and what she is trying to do.
CHANTE MOORE
I love Chante...she is so real and fun. I really like getting to know her...and I wanna know what's really going on with her and ex husband Kenny Lattimore....and why does he want sole custody of their son. Chante said she is still mad at Kenny. I am going to have to do some digging around to get the juice on this story.
LIL MO'
I LOVE HER!!!! Lil Mo cracks me up. Here is my only problem with Lil Mo'.....those damn eyelashes...please, please please either get a smaller size or just take them off. I feel like you got spiders on your eyes and they are trying to crawl every time you blink.
DAWN ROBINSON
I am trying to be interested in Dawn's story.. I really am.... but to be honest, I just don't care. I don't care wny EnVogue broke up or anything. BORING
M'ICHELE
You already know...I can't take the voice. I really don't know her storyline because I mute the TV as soon as she starts talking. Her voice gives me an attitude..quickly

Staying Healthy - Juicing
Hey y'all!! Ms. Harlem here and I am getting this body of mine in tip top shape. I started juicing two months ago but I was cheating in between......but now I am really serious about it and have been faithful for about three weeks now. I bought a Nutribullet juicer and it is the best purchase I have ever made. It is quick, fast and easy. The clean up takes about 5 minutes and no mess.

Here are some yummy juice recipes that I drink daily...I take two juice bottles with me throughout the day and I don't feel hungry at all. It is quite filling.

You don't have to use these recipes....you can create your own. Juicing is healthy for you too. The Nutribullet costs only $99 and you can buy it online or go to Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, etc... and pick it up. I have noticed a change in my body and I have more energy.
