It's Ms. Hotlanta here and I apologize for not being on the scene. XMAS shopping has taken too much of my time. Thanks Ms. Harlem for holding us down.
Ok Ok it's time to give some important details on keeping our hair tight this winter season. I was sitting in the hairdresser today and I saw someone coming through that looked a hot mess. They wanted my hairdresser to create miracles. I know it's Christmas but baby she aint Jesus. LOL.. We started talking and here are some tips they wanted me to share with you all.

The DO's:
1. You should always keep a leave-in-conditioner in your hair when you wash it. This will prevent breakage and keep your hair healthy.
2. When traveling wrap your hair because the change of climate can cause frizziness and unmanageability.
3.Sleep with a Silk bonnet this will give your style and hair overnight protection.
Now the Don'ts and I'm so guilty of some of these it is not even funny.
1. Stop letting Pookey and them touch your hair. They don't have license's to being doing chemical treatments, weaves or cuts. Then you want to go to a professional to fix it. Not cool.
2. Don't be cheap with your hair spend the money. It is worth it!
3.Don't brush, scratch nor comb your hair before Any chemical treatment. *(it's all in your mind that your hair itches the night before.)
4. Don't drown your scalp in greese use a peddler brush to release the natural oils in your scalp.
Overall ladies eat a healthy diet this will allow overall beauty inside and out.
Lastly keep your body soft and smooth with Baby Oil Gel and protect your face with a SPF moiturizer.
If you live in the ATL or ever visit give my hairdresser or her partner a call. They will be willing to hook ya up even if you messed up. HollaPhaeling's
